With over 20 years of legal work and court proceedings, Emma has a wealth of experience in many areas of law including; immigration, family law, divorce, mediation and more. And has been able to successfully conduct and deal with a variety of complex cases. She regularly gives expert advice to the clients she represents and appears at all levels including the Court of Appeal and High Court. She has represented a range of clients from individuals to corporate businesses.

Emma has been recognised as someone that can work well in a team, as she works in collaboration with barristers from other law chambers.

 

Emma has also shown outstanding results in overturning several immigration decisions, defending many road accident and assault cases.

 

In criminal and civil proceedings, Emma has been a Solicitor-Advocate since 2012.
